BOSS: 5 Members The Building Opportunities for Student Success summer skill-building program partnered with BOSS (a local nonprofit), for BGCDC members interested in architecture and design careers to build tangible and competency skills including drawing, physical model building, design thinking, creative problem solving, presenting, and software skills related to design.
